Booking Policy
+ How do I book?
You can book directly through the bookings/ scheduling page. You will see the different categories, and the services offered. Payment is received in tandem with the booking to confirm your appointment time. You will receive an email confirmation right away with the appointment details, and information about how to prepare for the session.
+ How do I pay?
All payments are received through the website. Your information is strictly confidential, and the secure payments platform Stripe.
+ What is the expiry date of my packages or bookings?
For packages, the expiry date is within three months. For bookings, the expiry date is within one month. Thus, the final session taken must be on the day of the specified date of expiry.
+ Which sessions are on zoom or in-person?
Akashic Records Readings and Coaching are held only on Zoom/ Call. Whereas Sound Healing Sessions can be held both on Zoom or in person. The reason being that the vibrations are much more potent in person, and allows for a more comprehensive relaxation experience.
+ Where are in-person sessions held (Applies to group or 1:1)?
At Yin-Ki’s Healing Space on Gage Street in Central, Hong Kong. Detailed instructions will be provided upon payment and booking confirmation.
+ How should I prepare for healing sessions?
I invite you to come with an open mind and open heart to receive healing and coaching. Further clarity is reached if clients do not intake any mind altering substances 24 hours before the session.
+ How early do I need to arrive before the session?
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session, as there might be a session wrapping up, thank you so much.
+ Do you provide corporate bookings?
Yes! Yin-Ki Wellness & Coaching have conducted sessions with SCMP, Soho House Hong Kong, Honeycombers, Hyatt Regency, to name a few. Please contact connect@yin-ki.com to inquire.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we operate on a 12-hour cancellation policy since spots are limited. Should you cancel or change your session within this period, your account will not be re-credited.
Extreme Weather Conditions
Sessions are canceled or re-credited in the case of a Typhoon 8.
All sales are final.
